Haven't posted in a while.
Well, I went to Vasquez Rocks a couple weeks ago and then I used the information I learned from the life painting and applied it to Izzy's assignment for his digital illustration class. We were to design a book cover for a book that we enjoy.

You know what I love about this work? The brushstrokes emphasize the flow of the composition as well as adding texture and life. And the colors, oh, the colors...Haha.
